For a Week or Month, You Can Pretend This Hotel Is Your Own Modern Apartment

Morris Adjmi Architects designed a hotel for long-term stays in a 1920s building in downtown Philadelphia. Dubbed ROOST Apartment Hotel, the space features comfortable, modern apartments juxtaposed with charming historic touches.
Four layouts are available, though the majority of the 27 units are one-bedrooms. Each contains a full kitchen. The custom millwork and metalwork throughout is by Amuneal.

The living areas are equipped with 100-year old Turkmen rugs and Gubi coffee tables.

Walk-in rainfall showers can be found in the bathrooms.

The custom artwork is from LUMAS and the bedside tables are Chelsea Textile. The apartments also contain Bosch washers and dryers.
