Strata Door Submitted by: ESE Design Designer's Description: We needed separation between the private office and the conference area in our design studio. We wanted the surface of the door to tackable, since it accounts for a significant portion of the wall surface that we use to present ideas to our clients. However, we also desired that the door make a strong visual statement and have a certain amount of richness and texture, in order to contrast with the other, predominantly monochromatic materials in the studio (Homasote, Baltic Birch plywood, concrete).
