With wedding season in high gear, give a design gift that will last a lifetime. The Dwell Store’s collection of gifts for newlyweds includes classic pieces from some of the world’s most famous design brands alongside distinctive decor items from cutting edge design studios. Check out some of our favorite wedding gifts here, and explore the full collection at the Dwell Store

Hand-blown glass spherical vase

After getting its start in concept lighting, Niche Modern has expanded its designs to include other household items, including vases, candle holders, and more. The Stamen Glass Vase was originally imagined from Niche Modern’s Stamen Pendant light, a spherical ceiling light. Recast as a dramatic tabletop vessel, the Stamen is inspired by the natural forms of the flower and can house a variety of delicate blossoms.

Candelabra made from fiberglass and concrete

An exploration of the possibilities of materials, Souda’s Kreten Candelabra employs stretch fabric as a mold for fiberglass reinforced concrete. Designed by Isaac Friedman-Heiman, the candelabra takes its distinctive branching form through the unexpected combination of materials. Substantial and striking, this decorative item is a great gift for cutting edge design seekers.

Modular wine rack for six wine bottles

The Noè Modular Bottle Holder from Alessi was originally inspired by the image of a bunch of grapes. The sculptural bottle holder was designed to be a functional accessory—it holds six bottles of wine—as well as a decorative accent for a countertop, floor, or wall. This wine rack makes a functional and sculptural wedding gift.

Iconic hand-blown glass vase

Drawing inspiration from the beauty of the natural world, the undulating shape of each Aalto Vase alludes to the untamed shorelines of Finland's thousands of lakes. The fluid aesthetic reaffirms the deep connection between man and nature, while making a statement against the failure of industrial production to meet universal human needs. Available in several colors, the 1936 Aalto Vase is one of Iittala’s most celebrated glassware designs.

Copper-plated steel wire bowl

With its Wire Bowl, Menu takes a simple storage accessory and recasts it as a distinctive accent. Comprised of steel wire, the wire bowl is available in powder-coated colors, chrome-plated, or brass-plated versions. Newlyweds can use the bowl as a decorative accent, for serving bread, holding fruit and vegetables, or for anything else that needs simple storage.

Shown with Norm Slate Plate.

Iconic British enamelware bake set

Falcon’s iconic enamelware has been a staple brand for British home items since its opening nearly one hundred years ago, making it a timeless gift for newlyweds. This Bake Set includes three sizes of bake pans that can be used for cakes, crumbles, or even baking meats and vegetables. The set also includes two pie dishes to complete the set.

Hexagon-shaped white marble trivet

Brooklyn-based industrial design studio Fort Standard has created this sleek Marble Trivet out of cut stone in three simple geometric shapes. Described by designers Gregory Buntain and Ian Collings as imbued with a “warm-contemporary aesthetic,” the White Marble Trivet is a sophisticated gift.

Sophisticated barware made of glass and copper

Designed by Niels Datema for Serax, the Copper Chemistry Collection employs a sophisticated marriage of materials in glass and copper. The collection includes a carafe and glasses, and can be used as a set or individually. The addition of copper to the streamlined glass elevates the collection from simple to elegant, while maintaining the minimalist silhouettes that makes the collection suitable for everyday use.
